"Lorain is awesome! My wife and I were very anxious as we were buying our first home and had very little knowledge about the process. Lorain walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and very much set our minds at ease. When we were looking for our home, the market was so hot that houses were getting offers above asking just days after they posted. Lorain got us set up so that we would receive notifications immediately if any properties that matched our specific criteria either posted, or dropped into our price range. She then worked exceptionally hard, contacting dozens of listings, often multiple times, to ensure that we got in to see every house that interested us. We had several issues arise over the course of our closing (unrelated to her), but Lorain showed real compassion, stuck with us, fought for us, and made sure we got the home we wanted. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate, and at all times highly professional. We can not recommend Lorain enough, anyone choosing her to be their realtor is making a great decision that you will not regret."

She was great to work with,sold our house in short time and for fantastic price. She was always available when needed and gave us great information on how to set up for the sale. Lorain was wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful when I sold my house by having open houses and offering expert advice to assist in the sale. I thought my house would be a difficult sell but with her assistance not only did the house sell she made it a much less stressful process. Lorain was very knowledgable, professional, and responsive to all my questions. I really enjoyed working with her. So much so that I also had her assist me in the purchase of my new home.

I know that I've been far from an easy customer, and despite that, she's never let me down. She's never wastes my time, knows a good investment better than anyone and is always available to answer any questions. I've never known an agent to be as dedicated and unyielding on behalf of their client. She's easily the best salesperson I've ever met, and any person would be lucky to have her on their side of the table in a negotiation.
