Our realtor listened to what our priorities were in a home and then responded with the perfect blend of realistic but optimistic options. Additionally I firmly believe even after we initiated an offer on our house she never stopped looking for other house options until we told her to.

She was personable, took the time to get to know us and was adept at figuring out what would work best for us as we bought/sold our property. She was also very available for any questions or issues we had along the way.

I thought my house would be a difficult sell but with her assistance not only did the house sell she made it a much less stressful process. Lorain was very knowledgable, professional, and responsive to all my questions. I really enjoyed working with her. So much so that I also had her assist me in the purchase of my new home.

She was great to work with,sold our house in short time and for fantastic price. She was always available when needed and gave us great information on how to set up for the sale.
